Our forest bathing experience takes place in the New Forest.
Meeting place, Tilery road car park Brockenhurst.
Forest Bathing originates from Japan; known and shinrin yuko, the term means being in the presence of trees.
Forest bathing is proven to:
- Lower heart rate and blood pressure
- Reduce stress hormone
- Boost the immune system
- Improve overall feelings of wellbeing
What will we do?
In this group we will teach you how to make the most of a forest bathing experience, sharing mindfulness and breathing techniques to connect to the woods in magical ways.
13:00 Arrive, walk to the chosen woodlands with time to explore before we begin.
13:15 Opening ceremony. Group connection, energetic cleanse and engagement of techniques to release stress and promote grounding.
13:45 Discussion and practice of the forest bathing techniques.
15:00 Opportunity to practice and enjoy the woodlands.
